David L. Weber, age 63 of rural St. Johns, loving husband, father and grandfather, died suddenly on October 24, 2019.
David was born in St. Johns, MI on September 18, 1956, to Mark and Henrietta (Kramer) Weber. David graduated from Fowler High School and on October 1, 1988, he married Susan Feldpausch. He worked for the State of Michigan (DTMB) and retired in 2013. David loved spending time with his family, especially with his grandsons. He was a John Deere enthusiast, loved farming, hunting, and was always there to help family, friends and neighbors. He was a member of the Fowler Conservation Club and the Mid-Michigan Old Gas & Tractor Association.
David is survived by his wife, Susan, daughters, Cassandra Weber of Eagle, Shanna Weber of St. Johns, his father Mark Weber and father-in-law Francis Feldpausch both of Fowler. His grandchildren, Jace Austin and Oliver Heffelbower. He is also survived by his brothers and sisters, his wife’s family, many nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews, friends, neighbors and co-workers who were like family to him. He was preceded in death by his twin brother, Dennis, his mother, Henrietta and his mother-in-law, Louise Feldpausch.
The family will receive friends and relatives at Most Holy Trinity Activity Center, 11159 W. Kent St. in Fowler on Monday, October 28, 2019, 2-4 and 6-8 P.M. The Rosary will be prayed at 8:00 P. M. on Monday. Mass of Christian Burial will be at Most Holy Trinity Catholic Church on Tuesday, October 29, 2019 at 11:00 A. M., with Rev. Fr. Michael Williams officiating. Memorial donations may be made to his grandchildren and future grandchildren’s education fund. Arrangements are being made by Keck-Coleman Funeral Home, St. Johns.
