Ralph W. Watts died Wednesday, May 13, 2020 at the age of 76. He was born November 13, 1943 in Fowler, MI the son of Fred and Margaret (Siltman) Watts. Ralph graduated from Fowler High School, Class of 1961. He served in the Army National Guard and attended Calvary Lutheran Church in Carson City. Ralph was an avid sports fan following Michigan State sports, Detroit Lions football and especially Fowler sports. During his working career he farmed and worked for over 20 years for the St. Johns CO-OP. On June 6, 1964 he married Connie Lucas and she survives him. Also surviving are his children, Todd Watts, Jill (Andrew) Keebaugh, Eric (ToniAnn) Watts and Lucas (Nicole) Watts; grandchildren, Courtney (Mike) Vance, Napoleon Watts (Jordyn), Austin Gray, Taylor (Walter) Kun, Dallas Watts (Maddy), Sierra Watts, Quinn Watts, Charlie Watts, River Watts and Chamberlain Watts; four great grandchildren, Remi, Brinlee and Siler Vance and Winrey Kun; one sister, Margaret Ann Stevens. He was preceded in death by his parents, one brother, John Watts and a great grandson, Ryder Vance. A private graveside service will be held at Mt. Rest Cemetery with Pastor Roger Straub officiating. The family will receive relatives and friends 2-4 and 6-8 PM Tuesday, May 19, 2020 at Keck-Coleman Funeral Home, St. Johns. In following with the Governor’s executive orders, those that come for visitation will be required to have a face covering, keep their time inside as brief as possible and the number of people in the building will be monitored to keep within the limit of 10.
